Our organization was established on 24th December 1996, joint-venture by Nippon Mining and Metal Japan, Fuji Electronics Japan and Kanematsu Malaysia (formerly known as NIPPON PRECISION TECHNOLOGY).
The factory was built, initially, to manufacture and sales of precision metal stamped and hermetic components, to support, mainly for electron-gun industrial surrounding South East Asia.
In few years time, we successfully commercialized our operation with well-known electron-gun manufacturers, such as Hitachi, Samsung, Chunghwa Picture Tubes, whose located in Peninsular Malaysia.
In year 2005, we expanded our precision metal stamped business to Indonesia and Thailand, i.e. successfully became the main vendor for precision metal-stamped components for Matsushita and Toshiba.
Along the years of afford and strong-will, we continue the “KAIZEN” thought, our organization became one of the leading companies in precision metal-stamped and hermetic producer in the world.
On 25th February, 2011, the organization was taken over by VEGALIEN SYNTHETIC TEXTILE CO., LTD (100% ownership). The organization was renamed as VEGA PRECISION TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD. on 7th June, 2011.
