We are a gears and timing pulleys manufacturer / fabricator. Gearmech fabricates various types of gears such as spur gear, helical gear, miter gear and timing pulleys according to drawings. Material used ranges from aluminium, carbon steel, stainless steel, bronze, mild steel, PEEK, POM, Delrin, Teflon, PP, PE, bakelite and ultimately dependent upon material specified in the drawings. Apart from gears and timing pulleys, Gearmech also have CNC Milling and CNC Turning machines which allows us to fabricate parts of various types/functions. Also, we have a CMM equipment in our QC Department besides the usual micrometers and calipers. Currently, we're undergoing ISO 9001:2008 training and target to get ISO 9001:2008 certification by end of 2011.
