• PRECISION MACHINING

  • Manufacturing Team

    A & One’s manufacturing team comprises of six main machining departments, namely, CNC Milling, CNC Turning, Conventional Milling/Turning, Grinding, Wirecut/EDM and Sheetmetal section. Our production teams are competent to support customed-made machined parts for high mixed low volume and high value-added mass production

    The manufacturing team is supported by our engineering team, who is responsible for process generation, process implementation as well as continuous process improvement on the shop floor.

    
    Project Management

    Upon assignment, our qualified and experienced Project Management Teams will worked to provide the best solutions to meet our customer’s specific requirements. The department fosters close partnerships with the customers because we believe that better service comes from better understanding.

• SHEET METAL FABRICATION

  • Metal fabrication of metal structures by cutting, bending, welding and assembly processes.

    A & One works closely with customer to achieve precise dimensions and specifications.

• ASSEMBLY

  • A & One provides value add to customers with our assembly facilities including clean room production. The company provides engineering solutions, undertakes assemblies, testing, resolves technical problems and commissioning of machines. We are proficient in providing integration services even at customer’s place. This helps our customers to reduce cost and effort.

• WELDING

  • Robotic welding together with a team of highly skilled and experience workers increase the efficiency of welding process and quality of welds allows the company to handle a wide range of requirements of complex projects.
